I don’t work in NY, but my company does. We try to be there for as little time as possible...any time we can boot a car and not talk to the owner is a good boot.

Have you ever seen them tow a car? I remember watching it one morning while waiting for the bus on W 86th. They’re unsettlingly fast. I don’t think it took more than 2 minutes between when they pulled up and when they dragged the car out.
